• Conversation content from chats with our AI Consultant, Sales, Support, or assistant widget agents.
• Account credentials (your password is stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) and session data via httpOnly authentication cookies.
• Usage and operational data — pages visited, support tickets, proposal/document activity, and AI request logs used for service reliability and cost monitoring.

How we use it

To deliver the service you've asked for: generating consultation responses and proposals, managing your project and documents, responding to support requests, and following up on leads (AI-drafted follow-ups go through a human approval step before anything is sent automatically).

Third-party processors

Your data may be processed by the following third-party services on our behalf:

• TencentCloud — processes conversation content to generate AI agent responses.
• HubSpot — stores contact, company, and deal information for our sales pipeline.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (consultation confirmations, password resets, notifications).

Data retention

Business records (your account, proposals, projects, documents, and invoices) are retained for as long as your account is active. Operational logs used purely for internal monitoring (not your business records) are retained for a bounded period and pruned on a conservative schedule — this never affects your account, proposals, projects, documents, or invoices.
